FIELD: sewing industry, in particular, moist-thermal processing of sewing articles.
SUBSTANCE: method involves converting fabric fibers to high-elasticity state while automatically measuring at each instant temperature and density of semi-finished product, temperature, density and flow rate of steam and density of condensed moisture; automatically comparing resultant parameters with designed or calculated values thereof to predetermine instant at which process of converting fibers of fabric into high-elasticity state is to be terminated and command on conversion to subsequent moist-thermal procedure is issued. When difference of compared parameters makes 5%, process is stopped and analysis is automatically carried out as to reasons for such a difference, followed by issuing commands on amendment of parameters and continuation of process for converting fibers of fabric into high-elastic state. Also, during automatic controlling process, thermal conductivity of fabrics is taken into consideration.
EFFECT: provision for optimized process of converting fibers of fabric into high-elasticity state allowing additional procedures such as ironing and steaming to be eliminated and thereby quality of sewing articles to be improved and efficiency to be increased.
