SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pipeline valves and fittings. Proposed valve has body with outer thread on neck and inner gland chamber to seal rod. Shutoff member of rod engages with seat of body. Opposite end of rod engages, through ring groove, with valve control handle. Control handle is secured on threaded bushing. Said bushing engages with thread on body neck and is provided with bridge dividing inner space of bushing into two parts. Rod is locked in upper part by means of retainers. Said retainers are installed in ring groove of rod and are enclosed by ring and cover.

EFFECT: improved reliability of valve in operation.
