SUBSTANCE: method involves estimating proliferation indices of Ki-67 bioptate cancer cells in fifteen and more vision fields. Their minimum, maximum and mean value are determined. The value of P=0.06xKi-67Min+0.18xKi67Max-0.11xKi-67M is calculated. The value being P<3.75, no relapses are predicted.
EFFECT: high accuracy of prognosis.
