FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be applied to predict the effectiveness of treatment of embryonic tumours in children: neuroblastoma, nephroblastoma and rhabdomyosarcoma, depending on the level of Ki-67. The material of the primary tumour tissue of the neuroblastoma, nephroblastoma and rhabdomyosarcoma is obtained at the stage of verification of the tumour process by the soft tissue bone marrow biopsy method prior to treatment and the material at the stage of surgical treatment after completing neoadjuvant polychemotherapy. The level of Ki-67 is determined in the resulting tumour tissue. If the level of Ki-67 in the postoperative tissue is less than that in the preoperative tissue, an effective result of treatment is predicted.
EFFECT: method allows for prediction of the effectiveness of treatment of children with neuroblastoma, nephroblastoma and rhabdomyosarcoma, depending on the level of Ki-67.
