FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, feed compacting equipment, such as screw-type presses.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has screw-type cylinder with pressing screw and housing fixed on front end of cylinder. Replaceable spinneret is immovably positioned within housing. Spinneret is made in the form of hollow thick-walled cylinder with forming slots provided on its internal surface. Replaceable pressing and pushing sleeve is fixed on outlet end of screw shaft by means of spline connection for rotation within spinneret. Helical slots are formed on half the sleeve surface. Depth of helical slots is reducing from leading end of sleeve to its mid portion.

EFFECT: improved quality of compressed feed and reduced consumption of power for feed pressing procedure.
