FIELD: transport engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed control unit of heating-and-ventilating plant contains housing with transparent front cover secured on housing, panel with controls, namely, first, second, third and fourth handles arranged on transparent cover. Mechanical drive of gates to add air delivered to radiator of main heater and to close ventilation channel connected with saloon is mechanically coupled with first handle to which drive is connected to control cock regulating delivery of liquid into radiator of main heater and electromechanical control drive of electric pump to pump additional amount of liquid through radiator of main heater including relay of electric pump. Electromechanical device to control fan of main heater is connected with second handle. Electromechanical device to control fan of additional heater is connected with third handle. Mechanical drive of air conduit gates is mechanically coupled with fourth handle as well as mechanical drive of gates of saloon air flow distributor. Hole to get access to members of drive of gates of air flow distributor is made on left-hand wall of housing, and hole to get access to members of add air drive is made on lower wall of housing at right side. Found in upper wall of housing to the left over air flow distributor drive is platform with projection pointed upwards and rounded off, generatrix of curvature of which is equidistant to line of trajectory of working stroke of inner left-hand guide of air flow distributor gates. Supports for tie-rods of drives of air flow distributor gates and add air gates are made in form of two projections covered at side and closed over contour of cross section of projections. Device is provided to control temperature of working medium consisting of temperature sensor and air intake fan installed in tandem on electric plate behind transparent cover in front of which holes are made in transparent cover and panel, and temperature indicator also connected to temperature sensor through converter also secured on electric plane before which corresponding hole is made in panel. Temperature sensor, indicator and air intake fan are electrically connected to car circuit.
EFFECT: improved reliability and efficiency of operation of control unit, conditions of its mounting and operation and riding comfort.
