SUBSTANCE: method and device can be used at mounting of radio electronics components. Articles are transported from line sequence forming unit to common carrier by damped surface of transfer elements. Transfer elements set is made in form elastic radial plates which are integrated at one side and are made at an angle at the other side and they have surface damped by liquid, which surface is disposed at lower part of plates, is made for controlled reciprocal movement. Line sequence forming unit and common carrier are disposed at the same plane.
