SUBSTANCE: method and device can be used at mounting of radio electronics components. Articles are transported from line sequence forming unit to common carrier by damped surface of transfer elements. Transfer elements are made in form of plates provided with groove, which plates are disposed radial guiding groove of transfer element set. Transfer elements have grooves disposed onto non-closed cylindrical guide or onto plate of actuating element of thermal magnet.
