FIELD: manufacturing processes in radio electronics.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing line succession articles in reception zone for their further transferring onto common carrier by means of wetted surface of successive set of transferring members mounted with possibility of rotation around common axis. Each transferring member may perform reciprocation motion for receiving articles and placing or fixing them in respective positions on common carrier. After each reception of articles on wetted surface of successive set of members for transferring articles with changed orientation, said set is preliminarily fixed and then transferring members are turned around individual rotation axes by respective angle for receiving articles. When all reception cycles are ended set of transferring members is returned to initial position. Apparatus for orienting different-shape articles includes unit for forming line successions; unit for receiving and transferring articles of line succession in the form of set of transferring members having liquid wetted surface and placed in the same rotary housing; unit for wetting transferring members, common carrier. Unit for receiving and transferring articles includes two coaxial parts mutually joined through elastic disc and in addition it includes coaxial rotating disc with outer drive. Said rotating disc is arranged at one side in common housing with possibility of relative turning in sector in first or second direction and at other side it is in contact with elastic disc and with rotating discs of respective transferring member.
EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability.
