FIELD: manufacturing processes in radio electronics, possibly development of new types of small-size automatic machines for surface mounting.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of feeding articles onto transporting surface; forming line successions of article in their reception zone for further transferring them onto common carrier by means of wetted surface of successive set of transfer members that may perform continuous or discrete motion. Each transfer member may be shifted in parallel for receiving articles, for placing or fixing them in respective positions on common carrier. The last is placed in front of transfer members. Transfer members with wetted surface are arranged vertically at the same pitch along closed circle with possibility of coplanar shift relative to rotation axis; rotation process is controlled.
EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability of small-size automatic machines for surface mounting.
