SUBSTANCE: method and device can be used at mounting of radio electronics components. Articles are transported from line sequence forming unit to common carrier by damped surface of transfer elements. Transfer elements are damped by closed damping surface disposed onto two cylindrical surfaces shifted in height one relatively another. Lower cylindrical surface is made for free rotation and it is disposed at lower part of container with liquid. Top cylindrical surface has bigger diameter and it is disposed for rotation at top part of container outside liquid.
EFFECT: improved reliability.
