FIELD: by-product-coking industry; methods and devices of cooling the reclaimed solutions of the monoammonium phosphate at entrapping ammonia from the coke oven gases by the phosphate recycling.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the methods of entrapping ammonia from the coke oven gases by the phosphate recycling. The reclaimed solution of the monoammonium phosphate is cooled by the heat exchange with the solution of diammonium phosphate used as a cooling liquid in the apparatuses of the instantaneous boiling. The solution of the monoammonium phosphate is cooled with the help of evaporation in vacuum 0.003-0.005 MPa in the apparatuses evaporation chamber. The produced vapor through the branch-pipes is fed into the chamber of condensation for heating of the diammonium phosphate solution. The condensate formed at it through the branch-pipes is recycled into the solution of the monoammonium phosphate in the chamber of evaporation. In the apparatus of the instantaneous boiling the chamber of evaporation and the chamber of condensation are made separately in the form of the insulated containers and connected to each other by the branch-pipes for feeding the vapor and removal of the condensate. In the chamber of evaporation there are the vertical septums. Additionally the chamber of evaporation contains the barometric pipe. The invention allows to cool effectively the reclaimed solution of the monoammonium phosphate at keeping the stable qualitative and quantitative contents of the technological solutions recycling in the closed cycle of the recycled phosphate method. At that the invention ensures the reliable long operational life of the equipment without the stops for cleaning from sediments of impurities in the tolerable limits present in the solutions.
