FIELD: chemistry of polymers.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a fluorinated aromatic polymer comprising two or more cross-linking groups (A) as measure for a molecule wherein (A) is given in the invention description and having an average molecular mass value in the range (1 x 103)-(5 x 105) Da and comprising the ester bond. Such polymer is prepared from he branched fluorinated aromatic compound (B) corresponding to the formula (I): by using at least one method chosen from the group consisting of the following methods (1), (2) and (3). In compound of the formula (I) each m and n represents independently of one another a whole number in the range 1-4, each symbol among p, q and r represents independently of one another 0 or a whole number in the range 1-2, and each value among a, b and c means 0 or a whole number 1 under condition that m + n = 2. According to variant (1) the method involves carrying out the condensation reaction of branched fluorinated aromatic compound of the formula (B) represented of the above formula (I) and compound of the formula (Y1) given in the invention description comprising cross-linking functional group (A) given in the invention description and phenolic hydroxyl group in the presence of an acceptor representing a basic compound. According to variant (2) the method involves carrying out the condensation reaction of fluorinated aromatic compound of the formula (B), compound (Y1) comprising the cross-linking group (A) and phenolic hydroxyl group and compound of the formula (Y2) given in the invention description that has no cross-linking functional group and comprising two or more phenolic hydroxyl groups in the presence of acceptor representing a basic compound. According to variant (3) the method involves carrying out the condensation reaction of fluorinated aromatic compound of the formula (B), aromatic compound of the formula (Z) given in the invention description comprising cross-linking functional group (A) and comprising a fluorinated substitute in aromatic ring, and compound of the formula (Y2) given in the invention description no containing a cross-linking functional group comprising two or more phenolic hydroxyl group. Also, invention relates to an insulating film. Invention provides preparing a fluorinated polymer showing low penetration value and high thermal stability.
