FIELD: building, particularly to erect underground building part having foundation supported by timber groundsill.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting pit, arranging reinforcing members under base bed for the full length thereof; filling reinforcing members with hardening material. Timber groundsills are optionally substituted for reinforcing members made as pipes having diameters exceeding that of timber groundsills by driving thereof so that timber groundsills pass into the pipes.
