FIELD: metallurgy, namely systems for controlling flow of melt metal at casting it.
SUBSTANCE: mono-block type stopper for feeding gas at casting melt metal includes body of stopper with inner chamber and opening for discharging gas; turning for communication of inner chamber with opening for discharging gas. In said turning there is member for sizing cross section of turning constriction. Said member includes rod provided at least with one axial gas duct whose cross section creates predetermined resistance against melt metal flow.
EFFECT: improved operational reliability of stopper in comparison with known designs of stoppers, possibility for easily adapting it to different working parameters.
