SUBSTANCE: invention relates to flow control means, particularly, to flow controller to be used in continuous steel casting gas feed channel. Proposed controller (30) comprises case (32) with inlet (38), outlet (40) and flow channel (36) arranged there between. Wire (42) is arranged in said channel (36). Note here that wire retainer is arranged in flow channel (36).

EFFECT: reliable control of gas flow blown in fused metal.
