FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: permeable to gas nozzle(10) for metal casting (versions) has lengthened body (12) formed of porous permeable to gas refractory material. Nozzle body has canal (18) passing through it in longitudinal direction and inner surface (20), that forms the canal. Nozzle body also has outer surface, that forms given shape of body, and canals (24, 26, 28, 30) formed in outer surface (16) of nozzle body. Metal casing (14) embraces nozzle body and has inner surface (32). dimensions of which are actually correspond to nozzle body shape. Casing is fixed to nozzle body by refractory mortar (40), that forms rigid relatively impermeable layer between casing and nozzle body, and canals in it form inner passages of nozzle. Casing has hole (34), that coincides with canals in nozzle body. As a version the hole is connected to inert gas source, that acts so, that allows forced feeding of gas in passages and in porous refractory material. EFFECT: improved process. 13 cl, 3 dwg
