SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the production of the charges made out of the mixed solid rocket fuels, in particular, to liquidation of the charges made out of the MSRF in the housings of the rocket engines, mainly of the channel-type rocket engines. The composition contains water, polyacrylamide_, the powdery anionic polyacrylamide with thee degree of hydrolysis of 10-50 mole %, the molecular mass - up to 14-10⁶, the size of particles - 750-1500 microns and the inorganic salts - potassium bichromate, sodium thiosulfate. The technical result of the invention is simplification of the technological process of preparation of the flegmatizing refrigerant, reduction of the solidification time of the flegmatizing refrigerant composition.
