FIELD: salvaging of rocket solid-propellant engines.

SUBSTANCE: the method consists in preparation of an aqueous solution of polyacrylamide, separation of the solution into two equal volumes, introduction into each volume of a component of the solidification system consisting of an aqueous solution of potassium bichromate and an aqueous solution of sodium hyposulfate, mixing of the obtained volumes by a synchronized feed. For preparation of the aqueous solution of polyacrylamide preliminarily prepared is an aqueous suspension of powdery anion-active polyacrylamide by an even and continuous proportioning of it in the base of the water funnel cone formed at operation of the agitator. After the proportion of polyacrylamide is completed proportioning is maintained up a complete dissolution of it.

EFFECT: simplified process of preparation of the phlegmatizing compound used for coating of the charge burning surface with the aim of provision of controllable burning out.
