FIELD: the invention refers to machine-building particularly to repair details and aggregates of an internal combustion engine.

SUBSTANCE: the essence of the invention is in creation in a zone of friction of a magnetic field whose power lines are parallel to the reciprocal-translational movement of the plunger. At that it is possible additionally regulate proportionally to controlled pressure the speed of the movement of the plunger, current density and flow of renovation liquid saturated in processing with particles of the metal of an electrode dissolving by electric current. An arrangement for realization of the mode has a foundation and jointly attached to it an automatic control block having one input and five outputs, a body of a plunger pump out of a nonmagnetic material, a reciprocal-translational and reciprocal-rotating drives having possibility to connection correspondingly with its plunger and a rod, a booster pump. A pressure controlling device, connected with a high pressure pipeline with a throttle and an output of the body of the plunger pump and drain pipelines connected with capacities for renovation and washing liquid. The arrangement has additionally two electric switches, an electromagnet and an electrode chamber, whose electrode is isolated from its body and electrically connected with the second output of the automatic control block. The electrode chamber is hydraulically connected with the input of the body of the plunger pump and with the output of the booster pump which is connected through the second electrical switch with the pipelines with outputs of the mentioned capacities.

EFFECT: increases quality of repair of the plunger pairs of a fuel pump.
