SUBSTANCE: device has acoustic transducer, numeric display and processing unit including threshold device, liquid batch signal shaper, pulse generator, counter and timer. Processing unit includes additionally switchboard, frequency filter unit and subtractor. Output of transducer is connected with inputs of frequency filter unit and threshold device whose output is connected to input of batch signal shaper. First and second outputs of frequency filter unit are connected with respective inputs of subtractor and outputs of batch signal shaper and subtractor are connected via switchboard with input of pulse generator whose output is connected with first input of counter whose second input is connected with timer.
