SUBSTANCE: in accordance to method, a file of payment data is created, which is transferred to intermediary block of purchaser. Aforementioned file is checked in intermediary block of purchase, balance transformation is performed, and, after transferring balance transformation result to intermediary block of seller, financial computation is performed related to sales transaction, while during or after sales transaction, seller creates a certain unique data element for identification of transaction for current transaction and transfers it to purchaser by adding aforementioned data element to main payment information of purchaser. Identified payment information is created, which is transferred to seller via network with participation of intermediary block of purchaser and intermediary block of, belonging to seller, and simultaneously with aforementioned transfer, or after the same, financial arrangements are initiated for current transaction.
