FIELD: methods and devices for controlling radio resources.
SUBSTANCE: method of radio resource control is proposed which method can be used in network embracing region having many areas. User of at least one area is assigned, which area has many areas-candidates for which the user can be assigned. Information is received that identifies multiplicity of areas-candidates and parameter for any area-candidate is estimated. Parameter contemplates that user is assigned for mentioned area-candidate. Priorities are assigned to multiplicity of areas-candidates taking mentioned parameter into account.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of control.
