SUBSTANCE: cell communication system contains cells A,B,C,D and mobile station MS,MS1,MS2,MS3 and has connection to at least one cell, providing certain data service transfer speed, i.e. binary data transfer speed, for mobile station, while the system is configured for gathering information about binary data transfer speed, related to mobile station, and using information about binary data transfer speed for taking decision about relay-race transfer of mobile station servicing from first cell to second cell.
EFFECT: increased speed of transferring binary data.
