FIELD: municipal service, possibly sorting solid waste materials of production and consumption, mainly container garbage.
SUBSTANCE: method is realized at using removable hoppers of dumps and soft reusable containers for handling waste materials. Containers filled with non-sorted waste materials are turned over round table for preliminarily sorting. Rubbish passing through large openings of table are fed to sorting conveyer that includes rotating round tables arranged in the same horizontal plane and provided with small-mesh sifts, bosses of transporting runners and stationary shaped plates. On first table residues are mechanically sifted. Then pushing members in the form of bent bands mounted on fixed axle of tables provide motion of residues along halves of next table. Motion direction of residues on last table is reversed. Then residues are moved on other halves of tables and simultaneously are performed stages of mechanical sifting of residues; cleaning sifts of tables; manual discharge of waste materials non suitable for recovery from first working places to last ones; manually taking off secondary raw material by successively knocking out separate types of such material into containers. Then large-size siftings are discharged by means of chutes onto belt conveyer for drawing away siftings arranged under sorting conveyer and under iron separator. Occasionally missed residues suitable for recovery are moved to first working place. Small fractions of ferrous metals are separated by means of iron separator. Mercury containing storage cells are extracted manually out of small fractions of ferrous metals. Residues non suitable for recovery are separately removed into containers that are moved by means of load lifting mechanisms to accumulation sites. Then containers are transported to users and for concealment.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of sorting waste materials, lowered size of sorting complex.
