FIELD: public utilities. SUBSTANCE: method includes collection and transportation of waste, preliminary sorting-out at simultaneous extraction of large-sized items, delivery of remaining waste to sorting-out conveyer at simultaneous extraction of various wastes first by means of manual and then by mechanical separation followed by processing raw material obtained after sorting-out and mixing non-utilized wastes by means of transfer conveyer to free bins of garbage-removal truck. Large-sized waste is extracted by means of fork-lift truck and is loaded in detachable bins of dump truck. Remaining waste is fed to sorting-out conveyer by means of feed apron conveyer whose main portion is located at angle of 35 deg. relative to horizontal plane; first secondary raw material is manually separated by successive throwing of separate fractions of material but for waste glass and non- ferrous metals to floor of first tier through special chutes found in floor of second tier; then separate fractions of secondary raw material are fed by means of fork-lift truck to apron conveyer which is also located at angle of 35 deg relative to horizontal plane. This conveyer transfers these fractions to press forming bales wound with wire; wastes remaining after manual separation are removed by means of iron separator provided with permanent magnet; ferrous metals thus separated are fed to hydraulic baling press. Proposed method is realized by means of sorting-out and processing complex which includes containers, garbage ducts for transfer of garbage to sorting-out station consisting of two tiers, preliminary sorting-out unit, main sorting-out unit equipped with manual sorting-out post and device for extraction of ferrous metals, processing units and non- utilized waste fraction transfer line. Besides that, sorting-out station is equipped with two apron conveyers; conveyer aprons are provided with grips at changeable angle of inclination; one conveyer is used on first tier for delivery of fractions to press and other conveyer is used on second tier. Each manual sorting-out post is provided with special staggered chutes leading to first tier for throwing soft fractions; upper part of each chute is made in form of box projecting above floor. Located after manual sorting-out stations above apron conveyer is iron separator provided with permanent magnet. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 3 dwg
