SOLID GARBAGE CLASSIFYING METHOD AND COMPLEX FOR PERFORMING THE SAME Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC B09B3/00 

FIELD: municipal service, possibly classifying solid garbage, mainly domestic, industrial, mechantile container garbage.

SUBSTANCE: method is realized with use of soft reverse containers with handles for handling garbage, container lands equipped with roofs for protecting against rains, snow and so on, trucks with manipulators for charging and transporting large-size garbage and soft containers to classifying station. Such station is provided with mechanisms for handling filled containers; arranged on floor detachable hoppers of automatic dump trucks for discharging classified large-size garbage; accumulation sites for discharging containers with classified garbage; two receiving tables for discharging soft containers with non-classified garbage; two inclined perforated vibrating chutes with lower troughs for preliminarily manually classifying refuse and for discharging classified refuse onto belt conveyer; two horizontal roller type classifying conveyers arranged mutually parallel and normal relative to vibrating chutes. Last conveyers provide mutually opposite motion of refuse at manual classifying of them and mechanical discharging of classified refuse. Belt conveyer is used for removing classified refuse. Iron extractor removes ferrous metal fines.

EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and quality of garbage classifying, lowered size of equipment.
