FIELD: hydraulic building, particularly to erect ash dumps.
SUBSTANCE: method involves forming primary dam of ground; filling sections with ash in several layers and freezing thereof in cold season; discharging drain liquid including rain water and contaminated liquid from sections to water accumulation tank in warm season, wherein the water accumulation tank is created within section area and has bottom mark increasing during ash backfilling; forming inclination in outer layer surface, which is directed towards water accumulation tank; depressing dust with water in warm season, wherein water for dust depression is taken from water accumulation tank and is supplied at rate, which provides distribution of at least half of tank volume till cold season.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of ash dump erection and improved environmental protection.
