FIELD: building, particularly devices or arrangements for removing snow, ice or debris from gutters or for preventing accumulation thereof.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises anti-icing coating formed of sheet material and having dimensions corresponding to that of surface, which covers space between lower roof edge and gutter and projects beyond the lower roof edge and gutter edge. The coating is made of fabric impregnated with hydrophobic composition. Orifices are created in lower edge of the coating. The orifices are spaced at least 1 cm from edge of the coating and are on pitch of not more than 100 mm. The orifices are provided with eyelets arranged in the orifices and having throats of not less than 10^-4 cm². The orifices also have S-shaped hooks made of bars with cross-sections not exceeding eyelet throats. Engagement space of each hook from one hook side is not more than thickness of roof edge cross-section.

EFFECT: reduced labor inputs for device assemblage and installation on roof.
