FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: one should prepare formula components: cutting onions, blanching and cutting carrots, drying and mixing with common salt. Additionally one should apply skin-free fish filet, mussels, marrow squash and ground barley groats, which should be blanched and reduced upon special equipment (a crusher), and, also, butter which should be melted after necessary preparations, and CO2 -extract of lemon. Carrots and onions before mixing should be reduced upon special equipment (a crusher) to be then mixed with butter, CO2-extract of lemon, water and common salt, and then homogenized and formed. Formed mixture should be dried up due to freeze drying technique, and components should be applied at certain expenses. This provides the obtaining of the target product useful to be eaten in its natural form.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
