Before the onset of operation, one should inject 2 ml butyric solution of α-tocopherol acetate into submucous rectal layer. On removing a polyp one should inject 5-fluorouracil at the dosage of 4.0 g into submucous rectal membrane along the periphery of coagulation scab for the depth of about 2-3 mm.
