SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing demineralized root base tissue, producing groove on the root base around supraradical portion of retained pin of 1 mm in depth and building reticulated pin support member manufactured as reinforcing net fixed in circular groove and on the supraradical pin portion having retention points of reinforcing net member which width is not greater than coronal dental part and its length is not greater than coronal part height. The opposite parts of the net member are cut off by 1/3 of its length before being fixed. Cylindrical shape is given to the cut part which base diameter matches supraradical pin portion diameter. When fixing, the cutting edge of the fabricated reinforcement net member is arranged in parallel to the cutting edge of the fabricated reinforcement net member and the cylindrical net part is additionally fixed on the supraradical pin part by means of released network wires. following coronal tooth portion is restoration is done with composite materials.
EFFECT: retained natural tooth as basis for repeated restoration.
