FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying endodontic treatment to root canals, cavities in each canal which depth is not deeper than 1/2-1/3 times the corresponding canal length after having prepared demineralized cervical root half tissues and interradicular septum with flat surface being formed, which forms coronoradicular cavity with consequently created composite root walls from macrofilled composite material up to gingiva level and crown part walls at equator level. The coronoradicular cavity is reinforced by means of a reticular coronoradicular carcass which is fixed in cavity with glass ionomer cement, and additionally fixed on root by means of at least one immobilizing pin, intracanal parts of which are formed as interlaced metal gold-plated wires set in canal cavities through perforated holes in coronoradicular carcass of roots to be joined, and fixed with glass ionomer cement. Intermediate carcass part is fixed as not interlaced wires on internal surface of coronoradicular carcass bottom part. Crown part walls are restored by using macrofilled composite from equator to occlusion surfaces. Fixed coronoradicular carcass cavity is filled with macrofilled composite with damping cavity being formed at the equator level. Crown cavity formed by restored walls and damping cavity surface, is reinforced by means of preliminary produced reticular crown carcass, which is fixed in newly formed cavity with glass ionomer cement. Its cavity is filled up with macrofilled composite to occlusion surfaces level after fixation is over. Then, tubercles are restored using macrofilled composite.
EFFECT: retained and reliably stabilized tooth root; simplified tooth restoration procedure.
