FIELD: medicine, stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with developing oral and vestibular surfaces upon artificial stump to be flat due to grinding away a dowel-stump insertion to obtain triangular shape in vestibulo-oral section, developing at its flat surfaces retention sites and two horizontal circular grooves of 1 mm depth and width correspondingly 2-3 mm above the level of a cutting edge of artificial stump and 2-3 mm below gingival level and developing at root basis around artificial stump an additional circular groove of 0.5 mm width and depth followed by fixation with the help of fluid-flow composite in the cavity of this groove and at developed stump of reinforcing netting-wire carcass manufactured out of rectangular metal netting, the width of which is not more than that of dental crown part, and as for the length - it is not more than its doubled height, moreover, before fixation along the netting at the distance of 2 mm one should remove longitudinal wires to obtain "V-shaped" form in accordance to the shape of reinforced stump surface a netting-wire carcass should be additionally fixed with the help of wires out of the same netting that embrace the developed stump in the site of location of horizontal grooves and after its fixation it is necessary to reinforce approximate surfaces of artificial stump due to mutually curved loose ends of wires of netting-wire carcass to fulfill the final restoration.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of repeated restoration.
