FIELD: medicine, stomatology.
SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with developing retention sites at insertion surface, developing a cup-shaped cavity of 3-4 mm depth and wall thickness being 1 mm, not less from the side of masticatory surface of cup-shaped cavity, developing four mutually opposite through foramens of 1 mm diameter at the distance of one half of walls' height, and fixation of reinforcing carcass out of metal gilded netting upon stump's insertion with cotton-closed cup-shaped cavity and developed in accordance to the shape of insertion surface, its bottom being about 102 mm above gingival level. Before restoring dental crown part upon netting carcass from the side of masticatory surface it is necessary to make a cruciform incision, remove cotton out of cup-shaped cavity and additionally fix the carcass upon stump insertion due to wires out of the same netting applied through the foramens in the walls of insertion's cavity and foramen of netting carcass designed according to the site of location of foramens of cavitary walls, the ends of twisted fixing wires and the ends of cruciform incision of netting carcass should be folded inside cup-shaped cavity, the cavity should be filled in with fluid-flow composite to be polymerized and perform final restoration of a crown part by applying composite materials.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of repeated restoration.
