FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: immobilization tire can be used for transportation immobilization of wounded people at traumatic damages of extremities and neck part of spinal column. According to all versions, immobilization tire has base made of waterproof corrugated board made in form of array formed by protrusions a face and back sides of sheet, formed by section of vertical and horizontal thinning. Device also has unit for fixing members of tire in working position made in form of set of locks-clips of "Velcro" type and unit for fixing tire onto wounded person. According to first version, tire (for neck) is made of two bases connected together. The bases differ by location of locks each of which has the following relations of parameters: NV/NH=4/10, where NV is number of vertical rows of protrusions and NH is number of horizontal rows of protrusions, as well as S/L=148mm/370mm, where S is optimal width of base and L is optimal length of base. According to the second (for forearms), the third (for shoulder), the fourth (for ankle) and the fifth (for hip) versions of immobilization tire, base of tire composes the third base which has the following relations of parameters: NV/NH=8/27, where NV is number of vertical rows of protrusions and NH is number of horizontal rows of protrusions, as well as S/L=282mm/999mm, where S is optimal width of base and L is optimal length of base. According to the second version, tire can be adjusted in length. According to the third version, tire is additionally equipped with unit for fixing patient's shoulder. The third base is used as lock in this case. According to the fifth version, tire is provided with four rests made in form of strengthened ribs of rigidity: inguinal, two underarm made of additional three bases, and heel made of first or second base, as well as with two shock-absorbers - underarm and inguinal ones which are disposed at top edges of top underarm and inguinal rests correspondingly. Sock absorbers are made of parts of package of initial bases twisted in braids.

EFFECT: reduced time for preparation of tire to operation; comfort at use.
