FIELD: investigating or analyzing materials.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises rotating drive made of high-moment electric motor whose stator is connected with the hollow rotor through the bearing. The disk to be tested is secured in the hollow rotor and cooperates with indenter mounted on the strain-gage beam secured to the stator. The beam presses the indenter to the side of the disk due to its own flexibility, and its strain-gage is connected with the recording instrument.

EFFECT: reduced weight and sizes.
