FIELD: the invention refers to ultrasound control of concrete and reinforced concrete constructions of erections in the process of exploitation.
SUBSTANCE: the essence of the mode is in that crack detection of concrete and reinforced concrete construction is fulfilled with the aid of ultrasound longitudinal profiling by way of installation of an emitter and a receiver of ultrasound vibrations on an equal distance from the axle of the crack and in a non-destructed concrete on a fixed base, calculation of time of propagation of the wave enveloping the crack and a mean time of propagation of longitudinal waves of ultrasound vibrations in a non-destructed concrete on the fixed base, definition of a mean speed of longitudinal waves in a non-destructed concrete is carried out at negative temperatures of surrounding medium. At that the mean humidity of the non-destructed concrete and mean humidity of the concrete in the zone of the crack in the section of installation of the emitter and the receiver of ultrasound vibrations is defined, and the depth of cracks in the concrete with taking into consideration the real humidity and availability of ice crystals in its pores is defined by way of calculation in accord with a corresponding mathematical expression.
EFFECT: increases accuracy and reliability of definition of the depth of cracks in concrete at negative temperatures of surrounding medium with taking into consideration the real humidity and availability of ice crystals in its pores in exploited constructions of erections.
