SUBSTANCE: method involves determining triiodothyronine concentration in blood sample taken from ulnar vein before and after hyperbaric oxygenation therapy session. The concentration increasing after the session when compared to triiodothyronine concentration before the session, brain contusion of moderate severity degree is to be diagnosed. No concentration growth being observed, heavy brain contusion is to be diagnosed.
EFFECT: high accuracy of diagnosis.
