FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out bacteriological bioptate examination. The bioptate is taken from stomach stump. Peptostreptococcus spp. and/or Lactobacillus spp., and/or Staphylococcus spp., and/or Sarcina ventriculi in the amount not exceeding 103-104 CFU/g (colony-forming unit, CFU) being predominated in the bioptate, I-order micro-biocenosis disorder is evaluated. Escherichia coli and/or Bacteroides spp., and/or Enterococcus faecalis being found in the amount of 103 CFU/g and Streptococcus spp. and/or Staphylococcus spp. and/or Peptostreptococcus spp. being optionally detected in the amount of 103-105 CFU/g, micro-biocenosis disorder is evaluated as one of II-order. Escherichia coli and/or Bacteroides spp., and/or Enterococcus faecalis and/or Enterococcus faecium and/or Candida spp. being found in the amount of 104-107 CFU/g, micro-biocenosis disorder is marked as III-order.
