FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to laboratory diagnostics, namely, to digestive tract microbiota condition evaluating method in adolescents of 14-18 years old by oral fluid microflora. Method of digestive tract microbiota condition evaluating in adolescents of 14-18 years old by oral fluid microflora, consists in performing of oral fluid bacteriological screening examination with separation of normal and opportunistic microflora representatives and determining versions of norm microbiocenosis at donozological diagnostics stage during preventive medical examination followed by formation of risk groups and predicting development of dysbiotic states, first version is characterized by presence of Streptococcus spp., not having hemolytic activity, in amount of 5 lg CFU/ml, Lactobacillus spp. 3-4 lg CFU/ml and absence of opportunistic microflora, in second version quantity of hemolytic Streptococcus spp. is increasing to 6 lg CFU/ml, reducing Lactobacillus spp. to 2 lg CFU/ml and occurrence of opportunistic microflora, such as Staphylococcus spp., Candida spp., Bacillus spp. in amount of 1-2 lg CFU/ml, in patients with third version of oral microbiocoenosis increasing of hemolytic Streptococcus spp. to 7 lg CFU/ml is observed, more evident decreasing of Lactobacillus spp. to 1 lg CFU/ml or their complete absence, increasing of opportunistic microflora in Staphylococcus spp., Candida spp., Bacillus spp. level, correlating with pathogenicity in amount of up to 4-5 lg CFU/ml, detection of first and second versions is prognostically favorable, and in case of third microbiocenosis version detection adolescent is referred to group of high risk of dysbiotic changes forming in digestive tract.
EFFECT: described above method effectively estimates digestive tract microbiota condition in adolescents of 14-18 years old by oral fluid microflora.
