FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: amniotic fluid is sampled after preterm rupture of membranes in case of incomplete pregnancy at term 22-36 weeks of pregnancy. For this purpose into uterine cavity under US-ray control introduced is catheter, made from elastic materials and consisting of two parts: external - introducer, which serves for facilitation of catheter penetration through cervix and internal - the capillary itself in form of transparent tube, ending with Luer-connector for fixation of Luer-type syringe, used to create negative pressure for sampling. Infectious agents are identified in samples: bacteria Streptococcus spp.; Peptostreptococcus spp.; Staphylococcus aureus; Gardenerella vaginalis; Peptococcus spp.; Capnocytophaga spp.; Stomatococcus spp.; Bacterioides spp.; Enterococcus faecalis; Neisseria gonorrhea; Escherichia coli; Lactobacillus spp.; Clostridium spp., as well as viruses - adenovirus; parvovirus; cytomegalovirus; Epstein-Barr vims; herpes simplex virus; influenza A. After that, infection of newborn babies and puerperants by identified infectious agents is predicted.
EFFECT: method is low invasive, which eliminates development of complications during and after sampling, on the basis of obtained results it is possible to take measures against infection realisation in due time and rational way.
