SUBSTANCE: adjustable comb filter is additionally inserted into device, as well as adjustable band filters, rectification blocks, comparators and indication block, making it possible to increase trustworthiness of estimate when determining technical state of communication system in 1,73 times due to control over correctness of selection of frequency band best for communications and to increase level of technical readiness of communication means.
EFFECT: expanded class of solved problems, increased trustworthiness of estimate when determining technical condition of communication systems due to controlling correctness of selection of frequency band best for communications.
