FIELD: technology for controlling technical condition of communication equipment, possible use in particular for increasing trustworthiness of communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved due to introduction of device for probabilistic forecasting. After transfer of text series, it is compared to source series in transfer route and receipt route, error coefficients of transfer route and receipt route are determined. Also determined is predicted coefficient of error of transferring and receiving routes by means of probabilistic forecasting of values of error coefficients on certain time interval. Diagnostics device contains pseudo-random series generator 1, delay line 2, error registration block 3, error counting block 4, control signals block 5, block for commutation of connections 6, attenuator 7, noise generator 8, synchronization block 9, controllable divider 10, band filters 11,12, digital-analog converter 13, analog-digital converter 14, memory block 15, probabilistic forecasting device 17.

EFFECT: increased trustworthiness of evaluation of technical condition of radio-communication equipment.
