FIELD: radio engineering; inspection of communication systems for condition. SUBSTANCE: radio communication system has system being inspected (transmitting channel, signal propagation channel simulator, receiving channel, computer-aided communication equipment, and controlled attenuator) and inspection system. Inspection system that enables estimation of communication system serviceability by checking its time of response to noise situation simulated at its output is provided with newly introduced timer unit, two time counters, adder, comparator, and display unit. Time of response (t1) of radio link components to generated noise and time of response (t2) of transceiver channel to frequency band optimal for communications are measured and total time of response (t1+t2) of communication system to generated noise is compared with specified values, whereupon information about communication system serviceability is displayed.
