FIELD: radio engineering, in particular, communication testing equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has system to be tested (including transmission channel 1, receiving channel 2, automatic communication equipment 3, controlled attenuator 4), random sequence generator 5, error detector 6, counter 7, clock oscillator 8, gate 9, wide-band noise oscillator 10, tuned rejection filter 11, unit 12 which controls tuned rejection filter, adders 13, 14. Wide-band noise oscillator 10 and tuned rejection filter 11 are used for generation of noise and bandwidth at input of communication system for total frequency range of system. Said bandwidth is optimal for transmission and alters its position on frequency axis. Communication system tuning is tested by random sequence. Technical condition of system is detected using error rate. EFFECT: possibility to assess technical condition of communication systems which operate in frequency-adaptation mode by means of simulation of noise at system input. 15 dwg
