FIELD: agriculture, in particular, in-vitro multiplication of horticultural crops.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing explants of plant vegetative parts; planting explants on nutritive medium and exposing to pulsed magnetic field, with number of pulses being equal to 640, pulsation being provided by means of inductor and vectors of magnetic fields alternating in two mutually perpendicular directions at frequency of 3.2 Hz; additionally treating explants along their vertical axes for the entire cultivation period with the use of continuous flow of dual-frequency light beam with wavelength of maximum radiation spectrum of 611 nanometers and 450 nanometers and radiation intensity shares of 87.5% and 12.5%, respectively.
EFFECT: increased number of sprouts, buds and improved development of buds at in-vitro multiplication step, improved rooting, number and length of roots at in-vitro rooting step.
