FIELD: agriculture, in particular, exposing of garden planting material to magnetic field. SUBSTANCE: method involves stocking plant vegetative part explants; planting in growing medium and exposing at multiplication stage to sequence of unidirectional magnetic induction pulses having amplitude of 0.05 T, period of 5.12 s, porosity of from 100 to 4.500 by means of inductor; orienting apical part of explant in direction opposite to direction of magnetic induction vector. Magnetic induction pulse number is set within the range of from 10 to 100. EFFECT: increased number of buds, sprouts and improved development of sprouts at multiplication stage of in-vitro grown garden plants. 1 tbl
