FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. The invention constitutes a method that involves planting microplants on a nutrient medium with mineral salts for the proliferation stage in accordance with the method of the Murashige and Skoog (MS). Kinetin (0.1 mg/l) and IBA (0.1 mg/l) are added to the nutrient medium. The microplants are incubated for 50-60 days in a light room at an illumination intensity of 2500 lx, a 16-hour photoperiod and a temperature of 20-22C. Then micro-cutting is carried out in which the lower rooted part of the regenerated plants is sent for adaptation to non-sterile conditions, and the upper part is divided into single-node segments and planted on a fresh nutrient medium for further replication.
EFFECT: invention will allow speeding up production process by 65-70 days by combining the stages of proliferation and rhizogenesis.
