FIELD: agriculture; biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and biotechnology and can be used for accelerated production of planting material. Method involves planting an explant on a nutrient medium, introduction into a culture in vitro to produce regenerant plants, their micro-cutting and rooting of micro-cuttings in a culture in vitro on a nutrient medium containing carbohydrates, subsequent adaptation of plants to non-sterile conditions ex vitro. Before introduction into the culture, the cuttings are kept in a solution of preparation Immunocytophyte 0.5 g/l for 5 hours; the source of carbohydrates in the culture medium is glucose in amount of 27.0 g/l of the culture medium. At the stage of micropropagation, 6-BAP in concentration of 0.5 mg/l and chlorella extract in amount of 1.0 ml/l are added to the nutrient medium. At the stage of microshoots rooting in a culture in vitro, activated carbon in amount of 5.0 g/l and succinic acid in concentration of 5.0 mg/l are added to the nutrient medium. Plants are adapted in vitro to soil conditions ex vitro, using a substrate of a mixture of peat and schungite at ratio of 3:1 and feeding with a water-soluble complex mineral fertilizer Aquarin 1.0 g/l.
EFFECT: invention provides for production of planting stock of cloudberries.
